Cindy was professional from the moment I met her. Her team did an incredible job working with me to fix boat seats in two boats. Let the pros do their work and you will be pleased. I was not there for parking or soliciting business and then hurting their reviews. I went for professional upholstery service and that’s what she gave me. Extra cost may pop up it’s a business servicing you with quality work. Treat people right and you gain a friend I can’t wait to go ba k and redo leather seats in a truck I have. Pics of two boat seats they did for me. Quality work from good people. They gave me 5 star service working with me and I gave them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The work here is absolutely trash. If I could leave negative stars I would. If you care about your money please make yourself a favor and don’t come here. They don’t take responsibility for their bad work.

I am not big on writing reviews, but after my experience here and finding what they covered up, I felt the need to share my experience. The upholstery work they completed was acceptable. (Headliner, rear seat cover, and drivers seat frame repair.) My first issue was that they kept extending the completion date. I let them be at first. At the end of the second week, I had to track them down to get info on my vehicle’s status. Second, I have an overhead pocket that I had a stereo component mounted in, they pulled it away from the mount. There was no reason to have pulled that piece apart. It was not necessary to remove the overhead pocket. Third, today I find the glue they used to repair an A-pillar failed. Did not notify me of the damage. Just glued it and said nothing. I completely understand that life happens and unforeseen issues arise, but neglecting to notify the customer speaks volumes of their integrity. They should have kept me informed and been honest of the damage. The disrespect shown by damaging someone’s vehicle and not informing the owner……. The icing on top. After the total was given, I was going over the bill about to pay, she decides she forgot to add anoth

I rarely write reviews but this place is exceptional in their ability to do a poor job, blame the customer and then leave a childish response to a negative review. If you want to know what kind of people you are dealing with, don’t take my word for it. All you have to do if read their responses to negative feedback. I wont even begin to describe my experience with them, as I'm sure they will make my point with their response to this. Sure, sometimes the customer is in the wrong and leaves an unjust review. But sometimes the business owners/staff are just trashy people. I encourage you to do business with these people and make your own decision. Be better San Antonio.

Very unsatisfied with my experience with this MOM & POP SHOP‼️ Zero CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The woman is in full control ( WIFEY) Took my golf cart in to have vinyl covers Installed that I got from Amazon! She had my cart 2 1/2 days to tell me she couldn’t do the work, from the start all she was talking about was MONEY FOR EVERYTHING $10.00 each for bolts! She told me she couldn’t alter the cover that only needed a center strap for the backseat she said she didn’t want to do the work on my cart!!! I looked on google and called Classic Auto Restyling 5807 Sebastian San Antonio Texas. Took it to Rene. He got the Job done in one HOUR it was a cheaper price then she quoted me. He has a very nice shop with multiple workers very good customer service skills, very professional… I was about to send the covers back but God told me to give it another try and everything worked out for me. Here’s photos of my cart with the covers installed that I was told they couldn’t be done! Always get a second opinion!!!! P.S! I have the right to write a review on my experience at this SHOP nothing is disrespectful about my experience the owner was VERY RUDE!!! The proof is in her reply on how her customer
